Information for timesheets for temps over the Christmas period

Please be advised that due to the upcoming public holidays during the festive season, there are changes to payment and timesheet submission dates.

Please see below payroll processing schedule:

Week ending Public holidays Timesheet submission & approval cut-off date Payroll processing date
Sunday 20th December None 5pm, Friday 18 December Approved timesheets will be processed Thursday 24/12/2020
Sunday 27th December  

Friday 25 December

5pm, Wednesday 23 December Approved timesheets will be processed Thursday 31/12/2020

 

Important: Only approved timesheets will be processed for pay.

Any timesheet submitted after the cut-offs will be processed in the next payment cycle.  Please let us know if no work is done during these periods by sending an email or entering ZERO days/hours in the portal so we don’t chase you unnecessarily for timesheets.
